Tag Orders for Lambs, Goats, and Barrows need to be done before August 15th

Late Order Tags will be $15/tag cash only and  up front by contacting the Springlake Earth Ag Dept.

2010    VALIDATION TAG ORDER   FORM  - Complete the form below and submit by the deadline and submit payment in the amount of  $8/tag (state validation)  to :

•  the order form is now available.

• All requested information must be provided before submitting form. 
• After submitting form, the order will not be completed until payment for tags has been received  Payment must be received within ten (10) days or tags will not be ordered. After ten days, an additional $25 will be required to complete the validation.  There is also a $25 returned check fee.
• After the deadline which will be posted on this website, late tag orders will be $15/tag
• ordered tags must be paid for regardless of use
